Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream SPF 30 Hydrating Colour Corrector |
Spring has sprung, and I wanted to venture out to find a foundation, a cream that is very light to wear and wearable in the warmer climates. In the summer time, my face, especially in the T-Zone area, is so shiny and I find that my make up tends to melt too, which I absolutely hate, it doesn't give off a great look at all. So out of curiosity, I wanted to try this particular product called Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream. I liked what is specified on the packaging, and it sounds appealing to try, it is an oil free, lightweight cream, with colour correction hydration that has UVA/UBA protection, that provides a more flawless look, that is suitable for all skin types.
It is 100% fragrance free and has a special optics in it, that helps correct dullness, sallowness and any other concerns you may have on your face, this formula will enhance your skins radiance.
The texture of the cream is thick and creamy, I did expect it to be a bit runny, but you do have to really work with the texture to make it blend well into the skin. I use a damp beauty blender to help the cream to blend well.
The coverage of this cream is medium coverage, that is great for normal to dry skin, but you can build this up in three different ways, dependent on how much coverage you want.
Lighter Coverage
Clinque advises that if you want a lighter coverage, when applying the CC Cream just apply spots of the cream to the areas that needs coverage.
